Self-Drive

Rental Rates
Rates quoted cover a full 24 hours unlimited rental and are inclusive of maintenance and insurance except fuel. The minimum rental charge is one day and excess hour is calculated depend from the car type. Rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice.

Driving Licence and Age Limits
The hirer and drivers must be between 21 and 60 years of age and must be in possession of current local or valid driving licence of their country and recognised in Malaysia, and have at least 2 years driving experience. Vehicles are for use within Sabah only.

Insurance
The vehicle is covered under comprehensive commercial insurance. In the event of any accident, loss or damage to the vehicle during the period of rental, the renter is responsible for the first RM2,000 to RM10,000 as the Non Waiwerable Damage Excess.
The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) can be purchased by payment of an additional amount to waive part of this liability. This waiver does not apply to and you are always responsible for the amount of 'Non-waiverable Damage Excess.'

Extension of Rental
It is important that the renting station is advised and the required additional fee paid so that the insurance cover is extended. Failure to do so may mean the renter is driving the vehicle without insurance coverage.

Fuel
Each car is supplied with a full tank of premium grade petrol. Vehicles must be returned with a full tank or refilling charge will be at the renter's expense based on our estimate of fuel cost.

Repairs
Cost of necessary repairs en-route will be refunded upon presentation of the damaged or replaced parts and the receipts of the supplier. Repairs exceeding RM100.00 must be approved beforehand.

Delivery and Collection
Free within 5km radius off Kota Kinabalu for delivery / collection within office hours only. A RM30.00 per trip charge will be levied after office hours.

Parking Fees and Traffic Fines
The renter will be liable for all parking and traffic fees and fines incurred.

Terms of Payment
For Personal rental - only payment by major credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) will be accepted.
For Corporate rental - An agreed mode of payment may be arranged direct with the management either for ad-hoc or long term rentals.

Chauffeur-Driven

Rates
Chauffeur services are available based on daily hours of 0800 - 1600. Excess hours are charged accordingly.
Rates are inclusive of fuel, insurance, all maintenance charges, parking fee and chauffeur service.
All charges for saloon cars and 4-wheel drive vehicles are calculated for use within 100 km radius off Kota Kinabalu.

Surcharges
For outstation usage, a surcharge of RM100.00 will be levied.
For overnight usage, food and lodging of the chauffeur will be borne by the renter.
A surcharge of 50% per hour will apply in addition to the excess hour charges between 2400 and 0800.
For transfer services between 1800 to 2400, a surcharge of RM25.00 per transfer is applicable.

Terms of Payment
For Personal rental - only major credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) will be accepted.
For Corporate rental - a company cheque covering the estimated rental charge is payable in advance.
